Note that all of our services are available with any plan. One transaction is equal to one lookup using any service such as
geocoding, reverse geocoding, or census intersection. A batch geocode process for example that contained 1,000 addresses
would use up 1,000 transactions from your account. Credits will be automatically added to your account immediately after purchase.
At the beginning of each monthly cycle your account credits will be replenished to equal the plan you select. There is no credit
rollover.

Recurring Billing Policy
By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize Texas A&M GeoServices to charge
the credit card or debit the debit card account that you have specified each month in the
amount of the balance due on your monthly or yearly Texas A&M GeoServices account.
You agree that the payment card specified by you for automatic monthly bill payments to
Texas A&M GeoServices is, and will continue to be, an account that you own, and that you
will maintain sufficient availability under your credit card limit, or sufficient funds in the
account linked to your debit card, as applicable, to pay your monthly Texas A&M GeoServices
bill. The automatic monthly charge to your credit card or debit to your debit card
account will occur on or after the statement due date shown on your Texas A&M GeoServices
account.
These terms and conditions will constitute your copy of your recurring payment
authorization to Texas A&M GeoServices. Please print and retain a copy of this recurring
payment authorization for your records.
You can cancel your recurring payment authorization only by one of the following
means: (1) notifying Texas A&M GeoServices by email; or (2) contacting Texas A&M GeoServices
via live chat on Texas A&M GeoServices website. Your request to cancel your recurring payment
authorization must be received by Texas A&M GeoServices at least three business days before
your statement due date for the month in which your request is made. If your cancellation
request is submitted after this time, the cancellation will not take effect until the following
billing cycle for your Texas A&M GeoServices statement.
Unregistering from Texas A&M GeoServices’s website will not cancel this recurring payment
authorization.
